What documents do I need to verify my account?
A valid CNIC and, for the verified-grad badge, a degree or transcript from a recognised university such as FAST, LUMS, NUST, GIKI, or COMSATS. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours.
What happens if a client and freelancer disagree?
Open a dispute from the contract page. Our resolution team reviews the brief, deliverables, and messages, then mediates a fair outcome. Escrowed funds stay locked and protected until it's resolved.
