How does escrow actually protect my money?
When a client funds a milestone, the amount — say Rs 70,000 for a landing page — is moved into a secured escrow account, not the freelancer's wallet. The freelancer can see it's funded and starts work, but the money is only released to them once the client approves the delivery. If work isn't delivered, the client gets it back.
What does 'verified graduate' really mean?
It means we've confirmed both the freelancer's identity (via CNIC) and their education. A profile like Fatima Riaz (NUST, Islamabad) carries the verified-grad badge only after her transcript and identity documents pass our checks, so you know you're hiring a real, qualified graduate.
How do freelancers get paid, and how fast?
Once a milestone is approved, funds land in the freelancer's Cubical wallet instantly. From there, Hamza Sheikh in Lahore can withdraw to JazzCash, Easypaisa, or a direct bank transfer — all in PKR, typically clearing in 1–2 business days.
What happens if a client and freelancer disagree?
Open a dispute and the escrowed funds freeze immediately. Our resolution team reviews the contract terms, the delivered files, and the full chat history, then mediates a fair outcome — usually within 5 business days. Neither side can touch the money until it's settled.
